Christmas in Prague - Wenceslas Square

With Christmas upon us, Prague has sprung to life. I was surprised to see this post-communist country look so festive. Christmas is one of their busiest seasons. I was later informed by Hana, my local tour guide, that Christmas was an especially popular holiday during communist times.
At every turn, there is another outdoor market with a show for children, food, and gifts. Honey cake stands (below) are a common site around the city.
